Hundreds of cheese enthusiasts and industry professionals will gather this year for “Cheese-a-Topia,” the theme of the 26th annual American Cheese Society conference and cheese competition in Seattle. Over the course of four days, attendees will choose between dozens of seminars, workshops, and tours.
