I'm a lifelong cheese lover, but I've just been told by my doctor that I need to consume a low-sodium diet. Does this mean the end of interesting cheese for me?
I will be travelling to Switzerland next month and want to do some Cheese Tourism! We will definitely visit Gruyeres, but do you have any other suggestions on places not to miss, or cheeses to make sure we try?
