The Cheese Course expands in Miami
The Miami area is about to receive some cheese education in the form of a new The Cheese Course location in the suburb of Pinecrest. The Cheese Course, which has four other locations in Southern Florida, has earned a reputation for its diverse cheese selection in the Sunshine Sate. It's head cheesemonger, Denyse Gervasoni, gave the Miami New Times a crash course in cheese plate creation.
The Cheese Course, which recently expanded its empire with the opening of a new location in Pinecrest, dominates the local landscape when it comes to fromage. Although other gourmet groceries may carry rounded displays, The Cheese Course digs deep to import a wide array of unusual and diverse product.
