Mayer Bloomberg of New York City held an annual bureaucrat's night out at the Institute of Culinary Education last week in Manhattan. Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly shared his secret meatball recipe with the group. This recipe looks simple, but incredible. A perfect way to impress a group of hungry guests!
