Moving and Shaking the World of Hand-Made Cheese
This little dairy outside of Tallahassee has been producing its hand-made cheese (literally shaped by hand) for over seven years, and the popularity of its cheeses is quickly catching up with it. The dairy sells out of everything, so you better get there fast!
Cheese is far from a new discovery, but that doesn’t keep the owners of Sweet Grass Dairy from trying new things with it. Since 2005, Jessica and Jeremy Little have been operating the dairy farm located in Thomasville, Ga. They took over the family business, which was started by Jessica Little’s family — the Wehners. Business started out small, but has since greatly expanded, putting Sweet Grass on the map.
