But the mother and daughter duo behind new Seattle truck More Cheese, Please! will make even jaded foodies return to the mobile scene with such offerings as "The Dude", a grilled onion bun with roast beef, caramelized onion jam, swiss and asiago cheese and garlic thyme aioli. They even offer grilled cheese donut sandwiches for those scouting out dessert.

Got a sweet tooth? Be on the lookout for the Berry-licious grilled cheese donut sandwich. The fried pastry is made fresh daily from a shop in Kirkland and filled with blueberry compote, cinnamon mascarpone, and crumbled blue cheese.
