Lifehack: Keep Your Ice Cream from Melting Too Soon
When the mercury begins to rise, it can be difficult to keep your ice cream solid, even when you're indoors. The solution? Freeze your bowls or plates beforehand, even a few minutes will suffice. Long live photo-ready ice cream!
If you want even more of a guarantee, you can also try pre-scooping balls of ice cream. This works really well when you're serving ice cream at a dinner party and want to get the ice cream to the table quickly — and preferably unmelted!
