Jeez, what gives, Chuck? Mr. Norris has named a new bad guy in a recent health column for WND. Eggnog's crime? Excess holiday weight gain. Come on, man...the holidays are about goodwill towards men...and aren't tastebuds a part of us all?

According to Chuck and the University of Rochester, one cup of eggnog has 343 calories. Or in Chuck Norris terms: "It takes 2,100 continual jumping jacks to burn off eight ounces of eggnog!"

In that case, start jumping and keep drinking, eggnog lovers.
