A Cheesemonger's Pizza, Four Ways
Mark, a blogger over at Di Bruno Bros. writes a great post about something undeniably cheesy and wonderful: pizza. In four unique and easy-to-make preparations, no less. For those of you who spend hours scrolling through the #food hashtag on Tumblr, Mark's pictures will not disappoint. Yum.
"Di Bruno Bros. Fruttato EVOO, fresh Jersey tomatoes, leftover handmade mozzarella, grated cheese from the back of the fridge (a mix of Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano and domestic Asiago), fresh eggs, a few dabs of Di Bruno Bros. spicy Abruzze cheese spread and a touch of rosemary to make it look extra fancy."
