We will respond with a request for a cheese sample, and further questions if needed.

Please note:
• The form must be filled out completely.
• Cheeses will not be listed without a sample provided for tasting and photography.
• All descriptions are subject to editorial discretion.
• Final text in the library is copyright Culture magazine.

Once you've completed this form, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. We work as quickly as possible to include entries in the library, but please know that it may take several weeks from receipt of your cheese for your entry to be photographed, tasted, and entered.
