Over the course of the day, individuals will handcraft their own wheel of cheese from scratch. Owner, Jeremy Little, will lead participants through each step of the process offering his expertise and advice. Attendees will access all cheesemaking tools and equipment. Each wheel will be aged by Sweet Grass Dairy and shipped to your doorstep after it's matured. Class will end with an in-depth cheese and wine tasting that highlights some of the best cheeses and wines from throughout the world. Given the demand for this class, space is extremely limited. Limit two total registrations per order.
