"Know Your Mold" by the Wisconsin Artisan Cheesemaker Guild
Dr. Benjamin Wolfe, Harvard University microbiologist, will be at The Pyle Center next month to present a workshop on mold, mold management, and the use of microscopes. Those who attend are encouraged to bring cheese rinds to practice identifying different molds and other insights. This is open to Wisconsin Artisan Cheesemaker Guild members only. Admission is $55.
