Back in The Fork, sit back and enjoy a cold one as Homebrew Chef Sean Paxton leads you through a demonstration-style class focusing on four delicious courses all made with - and paired with - beer. Sean will pass along his extensive knowledge of using beer as a staple ingredient in your culinary repertoire – in savory to sweet items. Each course will be specifically paired with Sean’s favorite local brews.
