If you're a budding home cheesemaker, Mary Karlin is returning to teach an introductory cheesemaking class focusing on fresh cheeses. You will make Panir, Ricotta, Mascarpone, Crème Fraiche, and Chevre at The Fork at Point Reyes Farmstead. Tickets are $160.
