Italy is a wonderful country. It has a rich food history and influence known throughout the world. That said, beer, for one reason or another, has never been thought of as their strong suit. However, the folks at Baluba, Troll and a few other breweries are doing their best to change that perception. Bar manager, Dave, has been working with B.United Imports to get the brews in while the cheesemongers have been working with their contacts to get great cheeses to go alongside them, all for you to enjoy. The event starts promptly at 3 pm and is $65/person. Rumor also has it that Matt will be making a porchetta for the occasion as well.
