Home Cheese Making Class, “Camembert”
Join Peter Kindel, the cheesemaker at Hawthorne Valley Farm, for an afternoon to learn how to make the perfect camembert. Students will make, salt and taste this French classic, talk about animals, raw milk, history, and the politics and philosophy of what has to be one of the most interesting foods around.
