Aspen Food & Wine Classic
The nation’s top chefs and sommeliers offer numerous cooking demonstrations, food samplings, and wine tastings, all in celebration of the event’s 30th anniversary. This year Laura Werlin teaches a “Melted Cheese Master Class” and conducts “Cheeses and Wines around the World” with Megan Krigbaum, and our own contributing editor Laurel Miller will be signing copies of Cheese for Dummies, a book she co-authored with fellow culture-ite Lassa Skinner!
A portion of all ticket proceeds goes toward Food & Wine’s Grow for Good campaign, a national initiative dedicated to supporting local farms and encouraging sustainable agriculture.
