Every year, the American Cheese Society hosts the American Cheese Awards to give blue ribbons to the best of the best in the American cheesemaking world. St. James Cheese Co.'s own Richard Sutton was a judge this year and he is very excited to talk about some of the cheeses he tasted at the ACS Awards.
