We’ll be singing the blues, celebrating and tasting four of the state’s best blue cheeses at this class, part of the 2012 Wisconsin Artisan Cheese Series. Learn the mystery behind blue cheesemaking, and what makes one blue taste different from another. If you think you don’t like veined cheeses, we may just change your mind with these mind-blowing blues. Presented by Jeanne Carpenter, founder of Wisconsin Cheese Originals, with special guests Clare and Matt Stoner Fehsenfeld of Quince and Apple in Madison, who will present unique small batch preserve pairings from the Upper Midwest.
