Molly fell in love with cheese during two years living in Switzerland, where she cooked in an Alpine restaurant and later worked making Raclette in a local fromagerie. The MA native now works as a cheesemaker outside of Boston and as the Web Editorial Intern at culture. When she's not working with cheese, she's exploring ethnic grocery stores, foraging for mushrooms in the woods, making a mess in her kitchen and writing about it on her blog. |
