Decorated Caciocavallo

Hi Kate, did you look close enough at the Caciocavallo to see the "Skippers" jumping underneath. I have seen a lot of young larvae but not the ones that actually jump as they refer to in the Corsican cheese. Took a little video of it.
I have heard that in Corsica they sit around and bet on who's jump the highest. Sounds like they have a bit of time on their hands OR maybe just a lot of wine.
I know! a bit off topic but it was fun.
